Nihon Kohden YG-211T Adult Airway Adapter
The YG-211T Adult Airway Adapter is a single-use mainstream capnography accessory designed for accurate end-tidal carbon dioxide (etCO₂) monitoring in intubated patients. Manufactured for use with Cap-ONE® technology from Nihon Kohden, this adapter provides precise, real-time respiratory monitoring in both adult and pediatric patients weighing over 7 kg.
Engineered for placement directly within the airway circuit, the YG-211T connects between the endotracheal tube and ventilator circuit, allowing direct CO₂ measurement without gas sampling delay. Its low dead space volume of 4 mL helps minimize impact on ventilation, making it suitable for critical care and anesthesia applications.
Each unit is intended for single-patient use to support infection control protocols and is supplied in a box of 30 adapters for clinical efficiency.
